Document translation services

Since the cultural, business and academic exchange frequency has increased between Taiwan and Russia, the need for document translation has also increased. Due to complex Russian language and the distinctiveness of Russian culture, especially the uniqueness of many singular Russian vocabulary words which can possess multiple meanings, it is difficult to achieve the preciseness and retain the original meaning while translating. Our translators are skilled professionals with in depth knowledge and experience. To put your mind at ease, we will assign the most suitable translator for the project base on your need (Chinese/English to Russian or Russian to Chinese/English) and the particular field the content is in.

Process:

1. Request for quotes

Please send the documents via email to service@usia.com.tw. We will quote the project base on word counts, pages, content and the due date.

2. Professional translation

After confirming your quotation acceptance and payment method, we will assign a suitable translator for the particular documents based on his/her expertise.

3. Proofreading and revision

Once the translation is complete, our company will arrange an experienced editor to proofread and revise the translated documents to ensure the quality of the work.

4. Documents handover and project completion

According to your needs, we can arrange delivery for translated files in various formats such as soft and/or hard copies and CD/DVD (for large files) by the due date.

If you notice any error or omission after receiving the translated files or after the legalization, to ensure the quality and the effectiveness of the documents, we will revise and/or resubmit the documents for legalization free of charge.

In addition to translating Chinese/English to Russian or vice versa, we also provide translation services in many CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) languages. We also specialize in large translation projects such as technical documentations, ingredients details, contracts, various types of user manuals, and etc.
