How to apply for Russian visa
If you are in Taipei:
1. Come to our office within business hours and bring all required documents. Please check out our business hours.
2. After receiving all your documents, we will tell you how much to pay;
3. Go to HUA NAN BANK（just nearby）and pay visa fees and service charge. Please, bring back the original remitting receipt to our office.
If you are not in Taipei, please send to our office:
2. Original payment receipt of remitting visa fee and service charge;
3. If you require postal service, please specify the address where we shall send back the passport with visa.

Please be advised that all visa fees does not include service charge (2,000 NTD per person) and apply only for Taiwanese citizens. The visa fee for other foreigners is different. Please, call our office to get the price.
Russian visa processing days at MTC in Taipei are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Working days does not include postal processing time.
